Refund policy
We accept returns for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. After 14 days we are unable to accept a return.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it arrived in:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- Free of deodorant or antiperspirant marks
- Free of makeup, fragrance, smoke, and pet hair
Items that arrive back to us worn, washed, marked, or without tags cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at info@saintvillains.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@saintvillains.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
