Shipping policy

Every Saint Villains piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order ships. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 9 to 16 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to 27 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel. Standard international shipping is $9.99, with delivery in 6 to 12 business days after your order ships.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Saint Villains is not responsible for these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@saintvillains.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
